Tree of Life
I was commissioned by Uxbridge High to create a piece of sculpture to compliment their wildlife garden. The concept behind this piece was the children’s journey through their education and life whilst at Uxbridge High.
The smaller wildlife around the bark of the tree symbolises the start of the younger years on their journey through the challenging climb towards
the future.
The larger wildlife represents those who will help and guide the children
on their way.
The top part of the tree is crowned by the wise owl watching over all;
the birds in flight represent the spreading life opportunities that the children will meet in their life journey.
